Dr Madan A Sendhil, Chairman of Rathinam Group is the mastermind behind the growth and progress of Rathinam group in the field of education, innovation, entrepreneurship and various enterprises. He is the leading light of Rathinam Group of Institutions, Rathinam IT Parks, Rathinam Shelters, SEZ and CEO of Atal Incubation Centre – Raise, India’s first Incubation Centre focusing on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Rathinam has risen to greater heights with his vision to bring a reformation in all these fields with his hardworking, selfless and prudent management.

He is a veteran with strong educational background, having completed his bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology in 1994. He went on to graduate Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 1996 and relentlessly pursued PhD in Information & Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2019. From being an educationist, he accelerated his skill in entrepreneurship and the IT field with such expertise that he was awarded the title “Indian Power Entrepreneur” by Coimbatore Football Association, “Thannambikkai Star” by Thannambikkai Magazine and has been called the Technopreneur for his contribution in establishing SEZ in Rathinam.
From a humble beginning, he has grown by perseverance to work for various noble causes and envisions building a strong student community, endowed with innovative, creative, critical and forward-thinking professionals. He aspires to prepare a powerful student community who will be self-reliant, ethically and morally strong citizens for an ingenious, prosperous and peaceful world.

Under his leadership, Rathinam Group of education has earned superior accreditations such as NAAC and Autonomous status that has elevated Rathinam as one of the illustrious institutions in India.

As an educationist and an entrepreneur, Dr Madan has been lauded for his contribution; the UK Parliament has honoured him with the prestigious award- “The Leading Edupreneur of India”, in recognition of his service amongst the top-notch Indian businessmen.

As the Chairman of Rathinam Group, he spurs the same dynamism and exhilarates his characteristics to the Rathinam family with an absolute attitude to contribute to society through service in education & business.

She completed her B.S – Computer Science (UCF, USA) and graduated in December 1997. She completed her MBA – Human Resources (Bharathiar University and graduated in 2017 as Firstclass- Exemplary. She was experienced as a Member of Technical Staff, SIEMENS, the USA from July 1997 to April 2000. She worked in ADDR.COM, Bangalore from March 2001 to December 2001, Mobax Networks, Coimbatore from August 2014- December 2018. Currently playing a role as correspondent of Rathinam International Public school from 2014 to date. She was awarded as 1 of the 100 Women Achiever Awardees by the Ministry of Women & Child Development in 2016.

He completed his Schooling in the Govt. Higher Sec. School @ Kinathukadavu, UG – B.Sc (Physics) and PG (M.C.A) under NIRF Ranked Institution Govt. Arts College, Coimbatore in Computer Science. Pursued his Research Program of Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Computer Applications at Bharathiadasan University, Trichy in 2005 and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in 2019. He started his career as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Rathinam College of Arts & Science in 2002. He steadily climbed up the ladder of success and soon found himself promoted as the Head of the Department in Computer Science in 2004, then Administrative Officer in 2007, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2011 of Rathinam Group of Institutions. Along with Rathinam Group Chairman Dr. Madan A. Sendhil, Prof Manickam has helped to establish MBA Institution, Engineering College, International School, and Architecture Institutions under the name of RATHINAM. He published 6 Articles in National and three articles in International Journal and produced five M.Phil Scholars. He served three as Senate Members in Bharathiar University for three times.

Dr. Prof. B. Nagaraj is working as a Director – Rathinam Group of Institutions, Coimbatore, India specialized in student affairs and branding of the institutions, He received his M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Anna University, and Karpagam University in 2004 and 2012, respectively. In 2005 he joined a Lecturer in Kamaraj College of Engineering, India and he worked there for 12 years (till May 15th, 2013) in various positions. His technical expertise and research interests include a control system, Automation, soft computing, and high-speed signal processing. He received the Best Researcher Award from Karunya University for the best research paper in the year 2010. He is the author or co-author of more than 52-refereed publications in journals and conferences. He filed seven patents and is published in Indian Patent Journal. He is a member of various professional bodies like IEEE, MAENG, IACSIT, ISTE, and IETE. He is a reviewer for different reputed journals like Elsevier, Wiley, Inderscience, etc., and he has been the Guest Editor for a few special issues in Hindawi, Elsevier, Inderscience, Springer, etc. He published 9 books in the field of soft computing and process control. He organized a world record attempt for 4 times and he achieved a LiMCA BOOK OF RECORDS in 2016.
