Based on your timetable of each subject prepare an organized study schedule to complete all the portions within the given limit. And never leave anything for the last minute. 4. Avoid unhealthy food
You should avoid Non-Vegetarian Food, Paratha, and oily items during dinner time throughout your exams. It leads to bowel upset, Nausea and etc. Take morning breakfast as steamed food. Take more fruits and nuts, it rejuvenates your system and increases attention on your skills
5. Practice for a good amount of Yoga Time
You can practice for a good amount of yoga time during and before your examination schedules. Do Pranayama in the morning and it gives you focused attention and concentration skills
6. Make regular your wake up time and bed time
Your wake-up time leads your mindfulness for the full day with more sensible. In this way try to wake up early morning 5 AM. And early morning studies give undivided attention. Never avoid this point during your examination schedule. In the same way, try to go to bed early latest by 11 PM. Your body and mind need enough rest for the examination
7. Arrange your exam holdings before a day
Take in a touch of all the writing materials, Hall Ticket at the previous night itself. It will avoid tension in the morning. If you get tensed, then you may fail to recall everything that you have studied
8. Be on time to the examination hall
Enter the campus half an hour before the commencement of the examination in a relaxed cheerful way. Avoid reading and discussing at the last minute. It leads to confusion and leads to fear of exam
9. Fill your mind with full of positive stroke
