The mission of the Computer Science Department is to prepare students for careers as software professionals and for advanced studies in Computer Science. We develop and work with a range of technologies to build systems and applications that help solve today’s problems, and share skills and knowledge with the community.

Department Profile

The department was started in 2011 and it has grown excellently in academic and research work. At present, the department has postgraduate degree programmes and Research Programme for (M.Phil.) and (Ph.D). Under the postgraduate, Computer Science. Department offers an outstanding opportunity for budding professional to polish their skills and outperform their competitors. Build Research Programs that enhance the academic reputation of the Department of Computer Science. The department is equipped with state of the art computing and internet facilities (10 Mbps). The department has well experienced faculty members with excellent knowledge in CS. More than 70% of the students have been placed in reputed IT companies.

The computer science department degree programme provides a broad background in programming, theoretical computer Science.

Post Graduates from the computer Science department are heavily recruited by many top companies. Post Graduates take up careers in the teaching, Computing industry, traditional large engineering companies and government.
